Summary 

The scientific work examines the targeted orientation of legislation in the service of economic fascism – as a crime against humanity (?!).

In connection with the problem of the targeted orientation of legislation, special attention should be paid to the fact that the law and legislation as a whole are created to serve the interests of man – to serve the interests of the people, and not vice versa.

Consequently, the legislative focus is of decisive importance, and in particular, is it: does the law serve the interests of person – the interests of the people, or does it serve the dominance of money, the dominance of the market, the dominance of profit, capital over person  in society and in the state ?!

Based on the foregoing, it is fundamentally important to pay attention to the fact that the "supremacy of law", as well as the "supremacy of jurisprudence", in general, and, in particular, when the legislation is in the service of the dominance of money, market, profit, capital over  person, is supremacy of economic fascism over the interests of person – over the interests of the people in society and in the state (?!).

Therefore, an objective necessity is the use of a radically new approach developed by me to the problem of the targeted orientation of legislation.

Moreover, a revolutionary alternative to the targeted orientation of legislation serving the dominance of money, market, profit, capital over person in society and in the state serving economic fascism, based on the so-called “invisible hand” of Adam Smith, should be the targeted orientation of legislation serving the implementation of domination  (supremacy) of human interests – the interests of the people, on the basis of fundamentally new scientific directions and fundamentally new scientific theories that I created – on the basis of the Philosophy of Social goal, on the basis of the Theory of the supremacy of the interests of the people and on the basis of the Theory of balance of  rights and responsibility of officials.
